Research Technologist
Estefania Vargas works as a Reserach Data Analysts in the Parnassus Flow Cytometry CoLab and takes part in the Aguilar Lab researching signaling interactions between Natural Killer cells. She graduated with an B.S. in Microbioogy from San Francisco State University. During her undergraduate schooling, she participated as a Laboratory Assistant researching Kaposi’s Sarcoma Herpesvirus (KSHV) G Protein-Coupled Receptor (vGPCR) and how it contributes to metabolic regulation during infection. In her spare time she enjoys crafting, trying new dessert places, reading, and hiking.
