Undergraduate Student Intern
Edith joins the Aguilar Lab as a research intern investigating viral immune evasion. She is a rising junior at the University of California, Berkeley where she is currently majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology. She grew up in San Francisco and her interest in science was sparked in high school where she attended science lectures hosted by UCSF’s Bays program. Edith hopes to continue exploring both the medical and research field. In her free time, Edith enjoys practicing instruments, reading romance novels, and exploring new restaurants with friends.
